This is me

I have a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry. My most recent credits include Digital Producer on ITV Daytime shows, Loose Women, Lorraine, and Good Morning Britain. Prior to this, I worked as the Senior Digital Producer for Sport Relief, and as Social Creative on The Voice, Victoria and The X Factor for ITV Creative.

I have managed digital campaigns
for live television, events,

brands, bands, and

charity organisations.

I have nine years of experience working in a variety of media as a Creative, Copywriter, Social Media Manager and Digital Producer.

How did it all begin? I trained in Magazine Journalism beside the sea in Brighton before I commenced my career working as Features Editor for a regional magazine in Sussex. After I’d sunk my teeth into the world of writing and print press I ventured to London where I freelanced for a handful of national magazines and papers including Grazia, FHM and the London Lite.

Soon after, I jumped ship to digital beginning with Sugarscape - the online magazine for teens. Much to my glee I was handed the responsibility as a music writer and interviewed the likes of Kelly Rowland, McFly, The Hoosiers, The Zutons, plus some Hollywood talent too.

When the world of retail piqued my interest, I landed a role as a Copywriter for Harrods specialising in beauty, childrenswear, and home. After a year, I moved over to the biggest online fashion store, ASOS, where I freelanced as a copywriter.

Before long my passion for animals and conservation was brought to life, and I joined the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) as their Social Media Executive. Based on-site at the zoo in Regent’s Park I had a rare opportunity to work alongside zookeepers, scientists and conservationists, helping to promote their efforts online to protect the natural world in 54 countries around the globe.

As well as a love for natural history, my interest in music never wavered and I was delighted to join an independent agency as Campaign Manager. An array of amazing experiences followed, I managed the social media campaign for the Mercury Prize 2013, working alongside Channel 4 and a host of brilliant talent. I stepped foot in Abbey Road Studios for live sessions on BBC Radio 1, hit the road with the Jack Daniel’s as we hosted gigs in a cave in the Peak District, and some iconic venues in Liverpool, Manchester, and Edinburgh. After managing the social media campaign for the sold-out McFly tenth anniversary shows at the Royal Albert Hall, we then launched McBusted and BuzzFeed even covered our social media story.

After completing agency work, I dove headfirst back into the land of news, challenging myself in a new role as Social Media Executive at The Economist. Unique opportunities lay ahead… launching Economist Films on Facebook, a high profile marketing push for the Economist Espresso app and a strategy to increase followers and engagement on The Economist Instagram account.

I’d always had broadcast in my sights, and I jumped at the opportunity to freelance in the creative team at ITV. I was enlisted as the Social Creative for ITV on The Voice, Victoria, and The X Factor. Attending the launch of Victoria at Kensington Palace was a highlight, as we hit the live button on Facebook with Jenna Coleman, and a Twitter mirror on the red carpet as well.

With the flexibility of freelance life, an opportunity at Sport Relief arrived, and I stepped into the 2017/2018 campaign as Senior Social Producer. Full steam ahead we launched our Billion Steps app, fundraising for mental health, maternal health and malaria in collaboration with BBC One, BBC Radio One, our corporate partners and a host of exceptional talent.

Returning to ITV, I began work on the Daytime team freelancing regularly as a Digital Producer on Good Morning Britain, Loose Women, Lorraine and occasionally on This Morning, leading up to this very day.

I've been privileged to work with major record labels, artists, television talent, and for some of ITV's biggest TV shows. Each day brings new challenges and scope to expand my knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm for what I do. I can't wait for the next chapter and collaboration.

Over the past nine years, I have produced digital content for a range of

brands, broadcasters, charities and publishers.
